Annie is a certified yoga teacher in Los Angeles, CA. Annie found yoga back in 2002, and at first saw the practice as an addition to her regular workout routine. After battling with an eating disorder for many years, Annie was prescribed to practice restorative yoga as part of her recovery program. It was through the process that Annie discovered the transformational healing ability of this practice and continued to seek teachers who helped her through her recovery. Annie completed her 200hr teacher training at Liberation yoga and is currently working towards her 300hr certification. While Annie is not practicing yoga, she teaches pre-kindergarten to 22 exuberant 4-year olds and enjoys exploring the great outdoors.
